,Precautions on selection and purchase: Surface is clean, belt is free of distortional deformation and belt tooth is plump. In order to prevent sham products, check whether there is a clear "Yujiang" symbol on each product or not.
,Problems and precautions on use:
-Twisting the belt is strictly prohibited as such an act could damage the belt internally resulting in insufficient tension.
-Scuffing of the belt is strictly prohibited as it may damage the belt.
-Avoid contact with chemicals (especially acid with strong oxidizing property such as concentrated sulfuric acid).
-Avoid long-term contact with oil and water.
Precautions on maintenance and replacement: When replacing a timing belt, belt tension must be reduced to the lowest level before the belt is taken out. When a belt is under high tension, prying the belt out with unspecialized tools is strictly prohibited.

,Problems and precautions on product use:
-The reason for slipping during product use may be: 1. belt is stained with oil or water - this should be cleaned off. 2. wrap angle is excessively small - this should be enlarged through changing the position of the back belt wheel. 3. belt tension is excessively loose - this should be tightened to product specification.
-The reason for appearance of noise in product use may be: 1. noise results from slipping. If so, check and tighten the belt. 2. wedge slot is embedded with foreign matter. If so, check whether the protective cover is being used. 3. check whether the belt wheel is deflective. If so, the belt wheel must be adjusted to ensure correct alignment.
-The reason for appearance of excessive vibration in product use may be: 1. belt tension is excessively small and must be enlarged.
-The reason for appearance of wedge damage in product use may be: 1. belt wheel diameter and belt specification model have been selected and are being used improperly. 2. wedge has solvent or other chemicals on it. 3. belt operating environment temperature is too high. If so, improve cooling method. 4. select and use a belt wheel whose slot-top arc radius is qualified i.e. roughness meets the necessary requirements to prevent the belt wheel from rusting.
,Precautions on maintenance and replacement:
-For the sake of your personal safety, please turn off the storage battery when replacing belt as otherwise the fan may rotate while your hand is still in close proximity.
-Before unloading the old transmission belt, firstly check the calibration of the transmission wheel. If the driving axle is not parallel or the transmission wheel deviates from the axis position, the drive unit will abrade the transmission belt and cause its obsolescence ahead of its predicted service life. Deviation will compel the transmission belt to be distorted or twisted in operation. At its most extreme the transmission belt may drop out from the transmission wheel.
If a gap appears between the transmission wheel surface and the right angle, it indicates that the axis is not parallel. Once an axis is unparallel, the transmission wheel must be adjusted or replaced.
The complexity of replacement and installation work depends on the configuration of automobile. In general, installation personnel can find the data required on the engine or in the path diagram. If there is no path diagram, the following simple rules will be helpful to installation personnel.
A. The side of a transmission belt with a V-shape slot meshes with the transmission wheel slot.
B. The transmission belt generally surrounds the transmission wheel.
C. In general, installation may be wrong if there is only one transmission wheel surrounding the transmission belt. The transmission wheel is nears the center of the transmission wheel-set and there is always a transmission wheel without any slot.
D. If the transmission belt installed appears too long or short, it may well be that the path bypassing the transmission wheel is wrong.
E. The transmission belt should be connected into all the transmission wheel slots. The transmission belt should freely cross over and not come into contact with any component of the engine.

,Problems and precautions on product use:
-Reasons for belt slippage: the belt diameter and wrap angle are excessively small: select and use a flexible transmission belt. Belt body is stained with oil stain or water: clean oil stain or wipe water up. Belt tension is too small: enlarge properly. Belt is too long: loosen transmission belt - slipping in the transmission wheel causes the transmission belt wall to be polished and thus lose its grip - the belt must be replaced.
-Reason for abnormal noise: Belt wheels are not installed on the same flat face and thus the belt body is unlevel resulting in abnormal noise. Check periodically, replace belt if necessary. If a belt has been used for a long time, noise may occur - the belt tension should be checked.
-Reason for excessive vibration of the belt: pieces of transmission belts are not uniform in length - the same type of belts should be used.
-Reason for appearance of crack in belt: regular appearance of a crack in the lower part of the belt is caused by the fact that the transmission belt surrounds a very small transmission wheel (generally an alternating current generator). The reason for this is that the tension between the two surfaces results in the rubber reaching the point of fracture. In general, smaller irregular cracks indicate that the transmission belt has been used for too long and it should be replaced.
-Belt body hardening: the belt body heats up and consequently the belt hardens due to slipping, a small change in belt tension may be all that is required. If belt hardening is caused by excessively high environmental temperature, an improved cooling method or use of a more heat-resistant belt may be required
,Precautions on product maintenance and replacement:
-If the engine is operating under normal conditions a belt should be replaced every four years. However, if a belt is excessively worn or torn, the belt must be replaced immediately.
-Use of an incorrect belt will result in excessive abrasion. If any of the below conditions appear in a transmission belt it should be replaced: regular dislocation of the lower level rubber, side wall of the belt is either wrinkled or smooth.
-Precautions on installation: For the sake of personal safety, turn off the automobile storage battery, otherwise the fan may start to rotate while your hand is still in the engine's proximity. Before unloading an old transmission belt, firstly check calibration of the transmission wheel. If the driving axle is unparallel or the transmission wheel is installed improperly, the drive unit will wear out the transmission belt before it reaches its normal service life. Improper calibration will result in the transmission belt becoming distorted or twisted in operation thus creating uneven tension. If improper calibration is serious the transmission belt may drop from the transmission wheel.
