Features of Yujiang industrial
timing belt:
 The
structure of the timing belt is shown in the following
diagram. It has such advantages such as low noise
production and easy maintenance.
Yujiang timing belts include CR and HNBR belts.
The CR timing belt has
the following advantages:
·Good heat resistance: can be used in working
environments of 120℃ for long periods of time.
·Good aging-resistance: Excellent ozone resistance.
·Good chemical stability: can resist corrosion
of common chemicals except acid with strong oxidizing
properties.
·Both flame and water resistance are good.
The HNBR timing belt
offers enhanced performance:
·Extremely good oil-resistance: HNBR has extremely
low expansibility and higher oil resistance.
·Good durability: the dynamic characteristics
of the HNBR timing belt are superior to those
of CR timing belt. The HNBR timing belt is therefore
the choice of middle-grade and top-grade automobiles.
·Excellent abrasion performance: abrasion value
of the HNBR timing belt is less than that of the
CR timing belt and therefore offers reduced noise
pollution and has a longer life.
·Excellent high temperature resistance: the design
structure of modern industrial transmission system
tends to be sophisticated, compact and able to
perform at high temperatures. The HNBR timing
belt can work at 150℃ on the premise of oil resistance,
while the CR timing belt does not have such performance
capabilities.
