TS16949 is the technical criterion of the
global automotive industry. From 2005, Yujiang began
using the "Customer Guiding Course" throughout
the entire TS system and utilizing eight quality
management principles to standardize product quality
management.
In order to guarantee high quality products and

from world-famous raw material providers, inspects
each lot of raw materials, and centrally manages
and monitors production.The company's quality
standard is zero kilometer PPM¡¶=100PPM and after-sale
PPM¡¶=500PPM.

quality inspection system and in the pursuit of
the best quality, we have also carried out the
5S management system to manage on the spot of
production. The application of 5S has helped us
to improve the quality of our staff. Now we have

We have further applied TPM on the basis of 5S.
The application of TPM has improved the efficiency
both of production and equipment greatly and shortened
the period between production and development.
